Our hosting provider (Hetzner) automatically collects technical info (IP address, browser, time). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Legitimate Interest).

3.2 Cookies

We use only technically essential session cookies for authentication and security. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.

3.3 User Accounts

To use this service, you must provide your Name and Email Address. This data is required to create your account and identify you to other members within the private calendar. You may optionally provide your Birthday, which will be displayed on the calendar for other members to see. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (Performance of a service/contract).

3.4 Mailgun (Email Delivery)

To send password resets or system notifications, we use Mailgun (Sinch Luxembourg SARL) via their EU-based infrastructure. A Data Processing Agreement is in place.

4. Hosting and Data Security

This website is hosted on servers located in the EU provided by Hetzner Online GmbH. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement to ensure your data is handled securely. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmissions.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, as well as the right to data portability. Since the name and email are required for the service, deleting this data will result in the closure of your account. Contact me at the address above to exercise these rights.
